Beef Satay (Toddler-Friendly)

Makes 10 Mini Beef Satay

Ingredients
* 200g minced beef
* Grated carrot
* 1 tbsp corn flour
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp Lilo Premium Mushroom Powder
* 1 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder

Method
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well until a smooth paste forms.
2. Shape the mixture onto ice cream sticks (or form into small logs/balls for younger toddlers).
3. Lightly spray with oil. Air fry in a pre heated air fryer at 180°C for 15-20  minutes, flipping halfway if needed, until fully cooked through.
4. Allow to cool completely before serving.

* How to freeze (cooked):
    * Let satays cool completely
    * Place in a single layer on a tray and freeze until firm
    * Transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag

💡 Tip: You can also freeze the uncooked mixture (without sticks) and shape/air-fry fresh when needed.
