Goji Millet Porridge

Nourishing Goji Millet Porridge (Toddler-Friendly)


Nutritious, comforting & quick to make!
Serves: 1–2 servings

Ingredients
2 tbsp millet (washed & drained)
20g goji berries (washed & soaked until plump)
1 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder
1 tsp Lilo Premium Corn Powder
20g spinach (finely chopped)
500ml water

Instructions
1. Prep Ingredients
Soak goji berries in water for 15 minutes until plump. Wash and drain millet. Chop spinach finely.
2. Boil Water
In a small pot, bring 500ml water to a boil.
3. Make the Stock
Stir in Lilo Premium Scallop Powder and Corn Powder to create a flavorful, nourishing broth.
4. Cook Millet
Add washed millet to the stock. Simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add Veggies & Goji
Stir in plumped goji berries and chopped spinach. Simmer for another 5 minutes until everything is soft.
6. Cool & Serve
Let it cool to a toddler-safe temperature before serving.
